These Japanese spiced daikon noodles are naturally wild fermented with no vinegar or water.  We simply dry salt the ingredients and ferment them to create this probiotic, healthy snack food without any colours, flavours or preservatives.  We use wholefood ingredients only.  They will keep for months even after opening.

Like all our products they are raw, fermented & probiotic.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve as a condiment with meals or enjoy on its own as a snack.
  • add to bao buns, sushi, kebabs, tacos, burgers, wraps & sandwiches.
  • delicious served on a bao bun with sweet saucy pork, kewpie, fried onion and sesame seeds.
