our Kimchi is Fermented, Raw & Probiotic

Made on a chunky cut wombok cabbage base using traditional Korean fermentation methods. Our delicious probiotic healthy Kimchi range is created using only wholefood ingredients.

We only make vegan kimchi, and we ripen (sour/ferment) the kimchi before selling to create the same delicious sour taste as Korean versions (without the fish). We also use apple instead of sugar or rice starch, consistent with our wholefood ingredient ethos.

I was never into fermented foods but reluctantly set out to "test" them by trying your Organic Gold Kimchi. It grew on me and then I started to explore the other's in the range and beyond the brand. Your Organic Gold and Red Kimchi and the fermented chilli sauce are second to none. Great products.

As a Naturopath I promote fermented foods for health . Only problem is that they need to taste good for clients ! I regularly buy kehoe's as I can get a variety to suit my palette and the quality is good compared with other brands , My favourite is the beetroot sauerkraut .

We love the Kehoe's products, we haven't tried one yet that we didn't like. I have the Beetroot Sauerkraut with my lunches to help my gut and I feel so much better. My husband loooves the Red Kimchi and eats it with everything. The kids prefer the dips but we also sneak in some sauerkraut and kimchi here and there!!! I have used the products in gift packs and have only received positive feedback :) They are just GREAT products that are good for you and taste delicious!
