This organic chilli sauce/dip/spread/salsa is delicious, you can use it instead of fresh chilli, chilli paste, chilli sauce, tabasco or sriracha.
We ferment fresh chopped chillies in our kimchi juice, so this ferment is packed full of kimchi umami and probiotics. It’s made from wholefood ingredients, fully fermented and preservative free. It will keep for months even after opening.
Like all our products, it is raw, fermented & probiotic.
Ingredients: Chillies, garlic, ginger, red kimchi juice (+ wombok, diakon, spring onion), apple powder & sea salt.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve as a condiment with meals or enjoy on its own.
- Spread on pizza, sushi, tacos, burgers, wraps & sandwiches.
- Use as a dip, if it’s too hot, blend into avocado, hommus or cream cheese.
- Add to stir-fry or rice dishes.
- Use to make kimchi or spicy sauerkraut.
- Use as a base for curry. Just add spices.
- Add to top of soups when serving.
- Serve on a platter with veggie sticks, antipasto and dips.
