Made on a chunky cut wombok cabbage base using traditional Korean fermentation methods. Our delicious probiotic healthy Kimchi range is created using only wholefood ingredients.
We only make vegan kimchi, and we ripen (sour/ferment) the kimchi before selling to create the same delicious sour taste as Korean versions (without the fish). We also use apple instead of sugar or rice starch, consistent with our wholefood ingredient ethos.
