Description

These Lebanese style probiotic turnips are naturally fermented with no vinegar or water.  We simply dry salt the ingredients and ferment them  to create this probiotic, healthy snack food without any colours, flavours or preservatives.  We use wholefood ingredients only.  They will keep for months even after opening.

Like all our products they are raw, fermented & probiotic.

Ingredients: Turnip, beetroot, garlic, sea salt & bay leaf.  Wild fermented.  no vinegar.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve as a condiment with meals or enjoy on its own as a snack.
  • add to kebabs, tacos, burgers, wraps & sandwiches.
  • serve with hummus, our fermented baba ganoush and flat bread for a starter
