Delicious recipes for healing, nourishment and enjoyment. I’m currently writing my first cookbook and sharing a few recipes here along the way.  I use whole food ingredients only.  Maple syrup, honey, dates, and fruit are the only ‘sweeteners’ used.  Refer here for more information on the ingredients I use.  Hopefully your family will enjoy creating new tastes in the kitchen as much as we do.
